You know, I inhaled this book the first time I read it--I couldn't get enough of the plot or characters. Reading it a second time, I still enjoy all those things, but I'm discovering the same thing that bothers me about every dang YA book I pick up: the incomplete sentence. I love Collins' ability to tell a tale, but I really wish her editors would hold her to a higher standard. I fear our youth are going to grow up reading all of these novels (and I mean ALL the novels) and believe things like "That we could go on as we always had." are actually grammatically correct.Sorry, college professors of America. :)
