The Night Circus
I have to say that it's not often I come across a book that I believe is truly imaginative. This is one. The Night Circus is a mystery and a romance and period piece, all told in shifting voice (something I would normally hate). Really, it's all fairly clever, and while I'm not certain it's perfectly executed, it's still quite good, and I enjoyed it very much.
