I will be reading more Anna Quindlen. This was my first Quindlen novel, and I found myself reading along and thinking, "I'm really enjoying these characters. They're so real. They're really so much like my own family. I love how this author gets out of her own way." And then, right at 50% of the way through, BAM! Everything got *really* interesting. I couldn't put it down. And I really, really loved it, right to the end.
